[VOOM] KVMD, SoCal channel on VOOM?

Wilt,

I just learned of this all sports channel that's OTA here in southern
California. Problem is their transmitter is on Snow Peak in the San
Gorgonio mountains, which for me is almost directly east. My Stealth
antenna is pointing north towards Mt. Wilson. Can I get another antenna
to try to pick up this station, and how would I hook it up?

I already get KVMD. It is at RF 51, channel 44_2 on the Voom Box. It is broadcast from Mt Wilson and is fairly strong. I would be surprised if you aren't capable of tuning it in already.

I got an email from them and they said to try 44-2, and that's where it
is. So now I can watch the Ice Dogs, kind of like methadone.

First, point your current antenna towards the new station and see if=20
you can get it.

Three choices:
Get a rotator and rotate your present antenna when you want to watch=20
that station. ($70 with remote)
Get another antenna and mount on the same mast and then
use a manual switch to switch between antennas. ($10 + antenna + wire)
use a remote switch to do the switching. ($40 + antenna + wire)
