Voom Tells Me There's Trouble with 227 ?

Voom support tells me there is trouble with channel 227........they rehit my box with those MAX channels...because I downgraded my packages to VOOM with the cinemax package........now I don't get 227......

Are others missing 227 ?

no problem here try reseting the STB
