VOOM will shutdown by the end of March? Not known yet.

Just went to voom.com and there was only this message...

Voom has ceased taking new customer orders and will shut down by the end of March.

Does anyone know anything about this?

...a "super-sticky" that would always stay on top of all threads for a while, if there is a way to do that, where the pertinent news links could be posted with the admonition that other threads here are subject to individual opinion and interpretation, and to be taken as such.

The newbies may not necessarily be familiar with forums, and how to search, etc. This was his first post, let's all cut him a break.
