Want to synchronize email address with username

Hello all:
My "real username" is TimLones111 and has been since 2003..The ameritech.net email with that account is no longer in service. I made this account in '07 because of issues trying to change my email..I have not received email from Satguys under "TimLones111" for a long while now..I want to synchronize my older account with my current email address so I can receive thread updates , etc. by email..Thanks for any help..
