Hi guys just a few questions.. maybe something i dont know
At work Im trying to build a form of intranet so that they can launch IE and click on trouble ticket and it either writes it to some log file or it runs a net send to my pc. Im trying to do this with HTML as im not too good with asp and I dont want to bring the pc down just so I can install perl. Right now I have it linked to a trouble ticket on our website that emails me. the problem would be 2 fold... if the email server is down i wont get it.. or if the DSL goes down... again i wont get it. anyone have any thoughts?
