weird 622 problem

This problem just started happening last night.

TV1 will just show the menu and channel info but when a channel is selected there is no audio or video.

TV2 works great. Any ideas?

Have you tried a reboot yet? If that doesn't fix it, it might be hardware.

Had the same problem today with a new install at a customers house, what fixed it was switching the HDMI cable to a different port. Do not know why that fixed it. kinda strange.

Weird Problem

I have experienced the same problem. I also have had a loss of some HD channels. The best solution is the reboot the receiver - front reset button (sometimes requires a hard boot - unplug receiver). I have contacted dish - is probably a software problem. I hope they fix this nuisance problem soon. Good luck!
