Actually every team that's built a new stadium, pro and college. It happens all the time. It's unfortunate, but many long time season ticket holders get lesser seats in favor of high price ones. Those that haven't had their's for a while sometimes lose them. Money talks.

Same thing happened 2 years ago when Dodger Stadium was completely re-seated. It's inevitable and senority does rank in these cases.
