I have been getting pixelation occasionally.
So Today I called Dish to complain about several things.
I checked signal strength on 110=61 119=61.
Is that good? What is optimal.

Really anything above 50 is good but in most areas should be seeing anywhere from 60-70. So sounds like you should be good. However would really need to see a few more transponders to tell for sure. If lnb is bad it's possible for even transponders to be fine and odd transponders low or vice versa.
But generally you shouldn't have pixelation until you get below about 35. So I'd setup a tech visit if you didn't already.
