What programming is availabe on 129?

Does anyone know of a website that lists the programming that is availabe on 129?

Are the channels listed as MPEG4 truly being sent as MPEG4... I thought that only most (non la / ny) locals were MPEG4 and the others were still testing...

the list is even stating the NY / LA locals are MPEG4... how accurate / up to date is this list?

the ones listed MPEG 4 require an MPEG 4 receiver to get them. All the HD locals except CBS HD E&W (at 61.5 and 148) also require MPEG 4 receivers to get.
