What the heck is going on with this?

I haven't seen this before. I have my 722 in single mode and I was watching CNN on tuner 1 and the weather channel on tuner 2. I paused CNN then swapped to TWC and this popped up. I had CNN on ch9436. I did change CNN to ch 200 and it went away, has anybody seen this happen ?

I've seen it, but my second tuner was tuned to a Siri-xm radio channel at the time. So I kind of understood why I saw the music screen pop up for a bit when I hit swap . A reboot took care of it.
