what's on 110, 119

I've searched the forums and the internet and can't find what is on 110, and 119 for DIRECTV subs standard definition only. I'm hooking up standard def. dual tuner DVRs w/NFL sunday ticket (locals in Salt Lake City) soon and want to know if I need 110 and 119 at all.

110 currently doesn't carry SD programming at all I believe. HD only. 119 carries almost explicitly local channels. If you don't care about locals then all the DirecTv core programming is available on the 101.

119 carries all the HD sunday ticket games, espn2 hd, another hd channel, and spanish channels

cool, i believe salt lake's locals are on 101. I've got a triple lnb dish but may have some tree issues so if 110 or 119 doesn't come in no big deal. I'd use an 18" dish but i don't have a multi-switch and since a switch is in the triple lnb i'll use that. save outside connections anyway.
