Looks like a major eye sore to me, if that were my place I would make sure I was nice to EVERYONE other wise Id be paranoid someone could come by and cut my cord!

Well, it is ugly, but isn't that sop for installations without wall fishes or basements?

My first question would be "How the hell does a dish without an LNB work anyway?"

Secondly, I hate white coax...not sure why, but for me coax is supposed to be black....but if it works & it makes you happy then....so be it Jedi!

the lnb isn't on there which isn't an issue but the rest is kind of an eye sore.

The missing LNB is one thing, but the alignment of the dish is another.
Not to mention what looks like a missing multiswitch.
yeah but those things are fixable. the mess of cables for all to see is what worries me the most. outside and inside the house. those other things i already have

Obviously someone already whacked the dish and pulled some screws out.

The dish isn't missing an LNB it is missing the LNB support arm that is welded on with 4 spot welds. You might as well remove the eyesore it is useless.

There is a reason why apartment installs need the permission of the building owner. When that mess comes down there will be many holes to patch. Them many dots to paint.
The white cable makes it worse.

Painting the whole rig beige after replacing the broken LNB arm might help.
