Where is FTN and FTN-2???

I am looking for IA5 with my new 36" Fortec dish and am not having any luck. I came across a spot with highly fluctuating quality 5-45, did a blind scan and came up with these two channels coming in very badly. FTN-2 info: 11.910H VPID 308 APID 256. What sat is this on?

I am in DC, have the dish somewhat aimed at 210 degrees, 41 altitude and having a rough time. Based on another thread, I am using UonTV manually at 12177V, S/R of 23000.

What worked for me with IA5, was that as soon as you get the poor quality found, grab the LNB arm and move it slightly in all directions.

When I had IA5 with 35% quality, I just had to move my dish about 2mm for it to lock properly.
