White Pages

I am getting alot of white pages with the writing on them. I noticed it some on the old server and it has been fine since we changed servers but tonight I have got it 10 or 12 times. If I reload the page its fine.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Clear your cache, it is not downloading the css file correctly.

I am still having a problem. I tried clearing the cache but tonight it is worse, about every 5 pages pop up plain white background.

Is it just me? If so do you have any more suggestions?
