Wierd Stuff about KA/KU dish

Today, I did an install of a KA/KU dish in Bemidji Mn, which according to the little chart should be in zone 1. Well i put the 110/119 lnb in the zone 1 slot and all I got was the 13v of the 119.

I went out in the 11 fresh inches of snow and moved the 110/119 to zone 2 and the 13v/18v of the 119 popped in and so did the 110. with all signals in the 80's.
