Will Dish 1000 support legacy receivers without dishpro adaptors?

I currently have dish 500 and dish pointed at 61.5 for CBS HD. I have been thinking of getting the locals. Will I be able to use my legacy receivers with the new dish. I have a 6000, 921, Dishplayer 7200. and I believe a 2800 receiver. I am using antenna for locals, and don't want to lose the CBS HD as my local station does not do HD.

I was going to get a superdish 105 but my dealer says that after next week he will not be able to sell them. I was going to use the dpp44 switch so I could get all 4 satellites, using a separator.

If I can get this with the new 1000, my wife will be happy because the superdish is very large.

Thanks in advance,
Bill in WV

D1000 is DPP, so it will support legacy recievers, as long as you have one DP receiver.

The problem is, it only has two ports (DPP twin).

You can however use your lnbs and switch on the D1000 and be all set.
Or use a DPP44.

Dishplayers will not be able to see 129. You can only use one legacy receiver with the setup. You can only use the one legacy receiver if you have at least one DP/DPP receiver connected. The 7100/7200 receiver along with the 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000 cannot receive 129.

The legacy receivers along with the DP/DPP receivers should have the software now to tune in 129. I see that the 2700 and 111 does so I assume that the other ones do as well.
