Will I get G10R???

I´m here : 20.568°N / -100.364°E
This is Mexico/Queretaro and I want to get G10R on Ku-Band

The SatcoDX program says that I need at least 140" (3.5 meter) dish,
but if I look to the footprint of G10R on (panamsat*com/global_network/galaxy10R_ku*asp)
it says 42 dBW (EIRP) which means that I need just a 43" (1.10 meters) dish.

Question: Can I get it or not??? I have a 1.50m and a 2.20m dish at home.

I dont see why not...you should be in the footrpint
