Trying to cancel the MLB package right now. I have been on the phone for 15 min. Time to move up the ladder.
 
I called a while back to ask if I was on automatic renewal. They told me they didn't see it and that I would get a letter if I was. Well I got a letter in the mail. Problem is I got it 2 days ago. I understand they have to folow T&C, and don't have a problem with that. My problem is I got my letter late. I know it isn't the CSR's fault. Just venting. Life goes on.
