While WV PBS has a nearly statewide chain of repeaters, Comcast decided to move the WV PBS to a digital only space, feeding the DC or Pitt stations in the "basic" package. WV PBS is fine with it, since it gets on digital in Maryland and Pennsylvania where it was not before, but the few remaining "basic" cable subscribers are not.
