XMCommander (MSRP: $159.99) is a total, all-in-one package, featuring a compact controller with display screen, an ultra-thin XM Micro Antenna, a full-function remote control, and a small, hide-away tuner box. The XMCommander works with all AM/FM car stereos regardless of make, brand, or year. The controller is sized and styled to seamlessly integrate with the dashboard of most vehicles, including high-end luxury cars.

XMCommander is currently shipping to retail stores and will be available at the end of this month. The debut of the XMCommander follows the recent arrival of the Delphi XM Roady receiver, the first complete satellite radio solution for vehicles for under $120. These new products are the latest additions to XM's best-in-class group of satellite radios, putting XM in a strong position at retail for the upcoming holiday season.

OK, what's the over/under on Sirius going out of business?

They've both been around for a while and XM is about to hit 1,000,000 subscribers. Has Sirius even cracked 100,000 yet? Except for Apple, it'skind of hard to survive when your only competition has 90% market share.......

Don't count Sirius out yet.

They have been making some big moves in their programming including adding sports, while XM's programming is getting rather stale (How long are they going to run Online Tonight 24 hours a day? We are on 8 months now)

Also as far as new XM equipment goes, the overall look of the products seemed to have taken a step backwords. They had a good look going with the Skyfi and then took a step back to these smaller and harder to read displays.
