xm will not let me cancel my account!

tried to call.....
on hold for a long time...some one picks up.......
blah,blah,blah xm is a great deal.....
still want to cancel??? YES I DO!!
ok i will tranfer you to the cancellation dept.......
30 min on hold....still no answer...just dead air
hang up try again.... this time i cant even get thru to speak to anyone!
i have been getting xm FREE!!!! for 6 months
because both times i try and cancel they give me three months for free
i mean i will take it sure....
but how much trouble is this company in if they will not let people cancel??
they charged my credit card 12.95 now and i am trying to get them to remove that charge.
ALL I WANNA DO IS CANCEL!!!!!!!!!!
anyone else have a similar experience??

No I havent I can usually get through pretty quick. If you can try calling early in the day when they open that may help you get through faster.

took abot 20 minutes...
but i am all cancelled ohhh i mean deactivated!
xm radio was just was not worth it for me....
