About twenty or so Yankee games per season, typically on Friday nights, are broadcast over WWOR, which is carried by E* as a Superstation and is available on an a la carte subscription basis. If the YES network is not carried by E*, as it is by D*, then you will indeed be blacked out of the other Yankee games on EI, as your service address is within the NYC DMA.
