Just wanted to ask others what they thought of the PQ on the ESPN telecast of the Yanks and A's. I thought it looked fantastic and was wondering if the D* PQ bashers saw what I did, Vurbano, Guffyy? What did you think?

the PQ problem on D* are not on the 720p HD stations but on the 1080i channels. The PQ on D* on ESPN HD has always look compatible with others IMO. On the other hand, HDnet Movies, Showtime and other 1080i HD channels are not up to par with other providers.

My main complaint has always been about the 1080i channels...Pixelation, constantly, on any live sporting event on a 1080i channel via D*..

The 720p channels are noticeably more acceptable..But take any 720p on Charter and any 720p on D* and Charter is still the clear and obvious winner ..

I did not get to see the Yankees game on D* last night, as my service address is in NYC, it was blacked out..

I did see the 2 earlier games on ESPN2HD and they both looked like garbage..When I saw the highlights from those games on ESPNHD via Charter the quality was noticeably better, but still sub par to say the least, so I'm not going to blame that totally on D*..But partly for sure....
