nah, those things are pretty cheap... hell, we have boxes and boxes of them just sitting around most of the time. We do a lot of pole mounts.

I bet someone had a Dish mounted to that mast, then the apartment manager decided to install the light and told the guy to get rid of his dish.

Well yeah, I noticed that right away. I thought there was something else. The illusion where the entire building appears to rock back and forth if you scroll at the right speed maybe?
