I am very unhappy, I purchased the time trax software on yesterday for XM online listening but while ordering i selected Sirius instead of XM. I have both a XM and Sirius subscription, I just need to know how to configure the online recast player for Sirius because I already have the license code or please give me an XM code for the online recast. I have been trying for the last 24 hours to get some help. I have filled out support tickets, called and talked to a lady on the phone who blew me off. I feel like I should at least get the License or my money back. Has anyone else had this problem?
