Verizon bait and switch

T-Mobile must have scared them. But hasn't scared any sense into them.

It doesn't surprise me a bit. We've been Verizon DSL customers in a rural area for years (by necessity, not by choice) and have had nothing but trouble with them. They've promised us things in the past only to go back on them.

Verizon remembers how wonderful it was when they had regulated monopolies as it sprang from wireline arguably moreso than its competitors.

Now they have to compete head-to-head and it is a whole lot harder to operate with competition stirring things up every day.

Which to choose? Mini or iPad?
