Wrong OTA channel showing (Phoenix, AZ)

I live in the Phoenix, AZ area. Just got Voom installed yesterday. All of my OTA stations show up correctly in my guide, but my local NBC channel (KPNXD1 [12.1]) is showing my local FOX programming. The FOX station (KSAZD1 [10.1]) is showing correctly on its channel. All other OTA channels are showing the correct programming. I have the latest version of software (6.00). Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know how to fix this problem? As it stands, I can not watch my local NBC station.
