Tell us more about the tuners, how is the 722K compaired to the 622/722
So whats so special about this 722k? bigger hard drive the the other 722? different color remotes? Is the 722K made in China, India or Mexico?
What all the fuss is about? I could see the 922 as bringing some interesting news , But not the 722k, since the E* Tech that was at my house on Saturday said 722k will be a standard replacement for the current 722.What do you want to know?

So No OTA without a having a seperate unit, Ok What else? The remotes are new. OK Everything thats in that box came with my plain 722. So the Big News is the OTA Module then ,I'm Guessing. This was answered on Page 1 of this thread.
Hmm.. I just ordered one from Dishstore because I was working off the assumption they wouldn't be available via DIU.
Maybe I can do DIU when the 922 gets released and hock the 722k on eBay?
Uhh.. 4 tuners. 2 OTA + 2 SAT. That's pretty huge.So No OTA without a having a seperate unit, Ok What else?
Be even better if it was 3 SAT. That would be huge. OTA not impressed. Thats optional anyway with the 722kUhh.. 4 tuners. 2 OTA + 2 SAT. That's pretty huge.
I ordered the 722k to resolve the vast majority of my network programming / NHL Center Ice conflicts.
Does the mainboard have the typical Colorado license plate etching ?
Agreed. Now what would really be huge is having 2 (or more) HD outputs for all those HD tuners.Be even better if it was 3 SAT. That would be huge. OTA not impressed. Thats optional anyway with the 722k
Exactly, Like Make TV2 HD then they would be on something.:up Not this OTA moduleAgreed. Now what would really be huge is having 2 (or more) HD outputs for all those HD tuners.
Wow.. E* didn't cheap out this time, they gave you two sets of batteries.
