Uplink report 4/10/9 --- BET HD

Strange Dish told me BETHD does not exit. How come dish does not know----call dish and make their CSR lines overload untill dish fix this problem and all who should get BETHD get BETHD.

They need to get these things correct.

So, it's not just a 129 thing. Must be some authorization problem???

Yes. Check switch. Updated the guide but still didn't authorize the channel.

I got it. I have the exact same package plus 3 premiums.

They're showing The Cookout with stretch-o-vision pan and scan! Maybe Dish is doing the upconversion. No other Viacom networks stretch 4:3. VH1 HD is showed a pan and scan 4:3 upconverted pillarboxed version of Grease earlier today. If Dish is doing the upconversion, they need to undo this stretch-o-vision crap ASAP.

According to the wife at home, 124 is SD only, and red on 9510. AT250 w/Gold HD on 129.

I called Dish tech support. They sent a hit to my receivers. I get BET HD now. They said it did not update automatically because they had not sent out the final activation step, yet. So either call them or just wait a few hours.

Shows up on the 211K but not on the 722.
No biggy, program is just plain stretched anyway.

I did a check switch to get rid of BETHD, didn't work. Good luck to the rest of you!
