The tier change entries seem odd. Some are currently AT200 while others are Smart Pack or AT120. Maybe they're swapping out channels in the Smart Pack?

I was under the impression that what changes that were going to be made had been made previously and the Welcome Pack subscribers had been receiving them for a while. I probably misunderstood.
