Corrupted Screen

I have recently experienced an occasional corrupted screen after changing channels. Have not been able to detect a pattern for which channels, timing or frequency. I'm not even sure if it's the signal or the TV. It can usually be corrected by turning the TV off and then back on. But a couple of times I had to restart multiple times to fix. I would guess it might happen on average once every 20 channel changes. Client is C61K-700 with 0x10d1.

Any thoughts?

Is it happening on the Client set up only ?
You said it clears up when you turn the TV off and back on ... (while keeping the client On ?) ... this might lean towards the TV ...
One thing you could try is change to a different HDMI ... HDMI 2 maybe ... see if it still happens, if not, you probably had a HDMI port going out.
 
Thank you gents. To clarify, it is happening only with this particular client and I meant it corrects when I turn both the TV and client off and back on. I have started the troubleshooting process by swapping HDMI cables and gave it a short test run without any issues. But I will have give it an extended test since the problem only happens so randomly. Thanks again for your suggestion on where to start looking. I'll report back after further testing.

Upon further review.....the ruling on the field is confirmed.

Looks like your suggestions were spot on. Replacing the cable solved my problem.
