Transponders at 103.0°W

Hi and Merry Christmas!!!!

A question about transponders at 103.0°W (Ku band):

I have a 75 cm offset dish oriented to 103.0°W and I'm getting the following results:

Transponder 19: Signal strength from 0 to 60% momentarily, coming ang going, so no locking channels at all.
Transponder 21: Signal strength about 60% and SNR of 9.5 dB (Locking channels but signal with pixelation from time to time)
Transponder 22: Signal strength over 65% and SNR of 10.6 dB (Locking channels without any pixelation)

Why such difference among transponders on the same satellite?
 
A 75cm dish is a tad undersized to receive everything on 103 KU. That being said, you should get 12145 V 20000 just fine.
Lyngsat shows for this satellite that the power (EIRP) here in Miami, Florida is 48 dBW and that the recommended dish size is 60 to 75 mm.

It seems that this info is not true for all the transponders.

Why the power is different among transponders in the same satellite?

Link budget, frequency modulation (DVB-S, S-2), etc.
