I agree with Claude. Go to menu<setup<system setup<whole home<status to see what it tells you there. Are the "non working" receivers on a different splitter? Might want to check to make sure the caps/terminators are on any unused ports.

International is still on 95 and a whole different dish, which is horrible. Supposedly they are working on a new lnb for the slimline to pickup the 95 so you can have international with just one dish. Spanish is not considered international. Korean, and south African are the only kind I have...

We are still using 21, 23 and 24. We got a pallet of 25 in Thursday but they are all gone now. And 25 still can plug into component. They should come with (or are available) mini-din 10 pin - component/composite cables.

Did you move around any connections on your switch/splitter?? Make sure your keep the terminators/caps on the ports not in use.

Depends on how the tech gets routed. Get your appointment scheduled and call Directv and get your activity number and give it to the tech. He then can tell his dispatch to route him to that job. I do it all the time.

Make sure your sat setup is correct, reset box, see if you can force a software download ( reset box, at "hello" screen type 02468). We were having problems with the h24-100s doing the same thing. Getting signal at the line but box not receiving a thing.

From a few past experiences I've had with movers in your situation is Directv will cancel your contract no fees needed. As long as you can get the documentation from the office stating specific dish mounting rules and have your installer note it can not be done to those rules you should be fine.
