It's been awhile since I've had a local go dark on DTV. Will ABC on-demand disappear for me too? What about on the ESPN app...will games shown on ABC be available?

I get Sinclair owned WSYX ABC 6 out of Columbus OH as my local ABC network. Last week Directv replaced it with WABC out of New York. I thought this was very strange in doing that before the March 1 deadline. I assume it has to do with Sinclair.

They are telling him it will be almost the end of January before they can get a tech there to resolve picture quality problem. Not the first time he has one had this specific problrem or had wait almost a month to get a service call.

I have a friend who is having problems with his service and standard customer service is just ticking him off more. If he can't resolve it tomorrow he's leaving DTV after 15 years.

Is Directv losing Distant Networks too? I live in the Marietta OH/Parkersburg WV market, one of the smallest. I struggle just to get NBC off of antenna and this market is served only by WTAP with NBC/FOX/MY. I would be completely without CBS and ABC! If I don't get WABC and WCBS I'm screwed.

My eyes bled last night trying to watch ESPNU. I forgot about Indy Car being on Versus though.
