Thanks stonecold for all of your helpful information. Now for my problem. When I dumped Dish for Directv I was told they would pay off the remaining contract bill up to $250. Dish said it was $100 to get out of their contract. I have been trying to get Direct to follow through with their offer...

MY dad died wheh I was eleven years old. I am 72 now but I remember walking with him in a little town in Indiana with the leaves blowing around and him saying winter is in the air and I started looking up in the sky so I could see it.

I just quit Dish today and one reason was no local HD channels.

I will be switching to Direct Thursday from Dish. Hope the buy out rebate goes OK. I also bought from a local dealer and was told there would be no charge from them but just Dish.

I have given up on Sony products. My big screen went bad shortly after warranty and so did my dvd player with five speakers. Never again.

I have a Sony that is four years old and it has blue pixels all over two thirds of the screen. I know what you mean.

Getting MSMBC is the best thing XM has done. Now we need Fox Business News so we can listen to Imus or record for latter listening.

I can't wait for WGN and Chicago Comcast to bring the Cubs back on Dish!!!
