Does the service still exist where they send a tech to your new place to install a dish and get your gear running again? Is there a charge for it?

It's not that I want 250 channels. I only watch about 20-25 of them on any kind of a regular basis. The problem is the way the packages are set up. There are 2-3 channels I like that are only in the Top 250 package.
