    What is there to gain from using a Sonora DirecTV Slim Line / AT9 and Phase III 1A power inserter 5 to 2400 MHz (HRPID1422)? Why would you want power to all the LNB's all the time?

    How could I get power to my OTA antenna? I have DirecTV and need to get power to the antenna another way and not thru the Sat receiver. Thanks for any help.

    Ask to speak to the Retention department. Be polite and they will take care of you. That happened to me and they took care of me. Good luck and it is worth the wait.

    Just got a new HR20-100

    I had a Hr10-250 replaced a couple of weeks ago. Directv mailed me a refurb.(HR-10:() They told me not to return it. I owen mine and I have the protection plan. Not sure if any of that matters.

    HR20 0x145 "superpillar" issue

    I have the same problem. It only seems to happen when the HR20 has been turned off. The tv that I have is a Sony 50 SXRD xbr1 hooked up thru HDMI. The problem only started after the 145 software update.

    HR20-700 is noisy?

    Yes it is always making the noise(harddrive). This unit is in our bedroom. I finally had to put the unit in a dresser/tv stand, now I don't hear it. I hope the new Hr20-100 is quieter. Not that i will be getting one anytime soon.
