Well it could be a couple of things. One thing to check is there a clean shot at 129 bird (no trees etc in way?) If thats not the case try adjusting the skew of the dish.

randlla, after reading your last reply. I realize I did not check to see what transponder 119 was set to. the reading I gave you was for #5 transponder when I took it to #11, it's at 100 on the signal scale.
