Update : both 612's are still doing this. I have noticed that the problem goes away when I turn off the closed captioning.

I noticed that "Rectify" didn't record this past Wednesday night. I was trying to troubleshoot and realized that channel 126 (Sundance) no longer appears in my guide including "All Channels". VIP 612 Receiver America's Top 120 Anyone have an idea what's wrong?

I had a receipt and an email from Dish, saying it was received, but my Dish Account didn't show it, and I was being charged for unreturned receiver. Contacted MaryB with the Dirt team and she got it straightened out quickly.

I have noticed that CC recorded from OTA frequently has about every other line unreadable.

1999 in Westminster Colorado. Moved to Knoxville TN in 2002, brought Dish and receiver with me.

Why do we only check the transponders listed in the Excel File? For example, My AMC channel has been dropping in and out, but according to "the list" it is on Satellite 72.7 Transponder 32. I realize this post is a year and a half old. Have things changed?
