It sounds like your 4 receivers are communicating via SWM with each other, when you plug your router into your HR24 it's disabling the built-in Deca therefore not allowing it to communicate with the other 3 receivers. Your best bet to get internet on all receivers is to add a DCCK or W-DCCK.

Are all of these receivers on 1 leg of the SWM 16? You have a total of 9 tuners listed so you need to have at least 1 of the receivers on the 2nd leg of the SWM 16. Maximum tuners on each leg of SWM 16 is 8.

I think everyone missed the point that he pointed this out to the original installer and the installer didn't care. IMHO since the original installer did not properly install the dish to work in the future it should be Directv's responsibilty to correct this.
