I have been with Dish for years. I originally had the 625 but recently upgraded to the VIP722K .Both times I called Dish, never a retailer, and both installs were good. I now have a 70" HD TV and could never go back to SD.

You could just press your DVR button two times then scroll up to the programs recording then press select on the one you want to watch as they are recording.

I recommend Monoprice.com Stay away from cheep generic CATV coax, designed strictly for economy, with a thin aluminum braid and a copper-coated steel center conductor. You will pay more for good quality.

I am thinking of upgrading from SD to HD. I will be hooking up one HD tv and one SD tv. I know the 722k will work with both just fine. But will the Hopper also work??? I'm confused. If so do I need a Joyey? If not how many shows can a Hopper record at once?
