Anyone figured out if we can setup a favorite list on the Dish anywhere app on the Firestick? I can on the app for Iphone but can’t figure it out on the firestick?

Totally understand why it’s important to not hide Dish info channels and never thought of it working using favorite lists! It’s filtered now the way I want it. Thanks Guys!

I can hide all but Dish Ch 102, 103, and 9598 what’s on Dish 500. Using Hopper 3 system and 4k Joey. Annoying not to be able to hide channels. Should be able to hide them no matter what they are agree?

I'm having issues finding the Alexa app on the 4k Joey receiver. The software I have is the U483, I have the alexa app icon on my Hopper 3 but I don't see it on my 4k Joey. If anyone could give me some idea I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Is there a website that has the satellite and transponders for each Dish Network channel? I'm trying to see what certain channels are using what sat and trans... Thanks Mike

I have a Hopper 3 and 2 of the 4k Joeys. The main hopper receiver when I press guide I only get like 4-5 channels listed there. I checked the favorites list its off and showing all channels but it just goes to the 4-5 channels. I can manually type in the channels and it will work, but won't...

I have a customer that has a Hopper w/ sling & a Joey. They state when they try to load Netflix app it locks the system up. I had them leave it for a minute to see if it would load but unsuccessful. Also had them unplug both receivers for 10 mins and reboot them. Any ideas?? Thanks Mike -...

Thanks everyone for the advice! I turned all joeys and the H3 off before i went to bed and woke up this morning with everything downloaded and running smoothly!!

I've had my H3 activated since Wednesday evening, but it's not showing the networks logos on the guide or any thumbnail logos in my DVR section. Also my searches are coming up blank...I've unplugged it for 5 mins then also did a check switch with no luck. Any suggestions?

I've been told Hopper 3 will be avail. Jan. 28th per my distributor.
