Change the TV2 output to a lower freq channel like Antenna 25 or cable 73. I have seen issues with the higher frequency in the uhf deallocated band (ufd 52-69) receiving interference from cell data services. Especially if you have a tv antenna in the system or you are very close to a cell tower.

On the contrarty, most homes I see DO have HD sets in every room. That being said, I really don't consider a 32 or smaller to count as HD anyway. Just not a big enough difference in the picture.

The locals have the sats over a barrel because of the must-carry rules. And they are greedy. One of loacls in the Madison, WI DMA was asking for $5 last year. They, of course didn't get that. I for one am glad that dish is always fighting these stupid increases.
