one of the main reasons i upgraded to the H3 was multiview, lets see it cost more and it does less good plan dish. been more than a month to fix this APP if it is an app? Im going to complain to someone who can credit my bill instead of the weird sudo fixes reported here.

wow the installer sold me 40+ dollar hdmi and it did not solve this problem thinking about asking for a credit for the 15.00 receiver rental fee until they resolve these issues . let alone the multi view un-resolved issue

a wild guess. you say it was installed on the roof. this time of year roofs get hot and cold expansion and contraction.can cause the dish to move around enough to make weaker reception below threshold.

Save your money for a polarity motor about 20.00 . check your 3 wires at the feedhorn at the dish. if you could borrow a receiver to check you should be able to hear the motor switch polarity or look inside the feed and see if it moves 90degrees

thank you think the select button would be the one that is required to say no to the shut down. i will try to pay more attention to the message and see if i have to hit left arrow then the select button to stop it . Anyone please reply if you have more suggestions? or solutions
