I'm in MB and have had my HD-DVR connected to my Shaw internet for over a year now. Nothing flagged in my DTV account. I USED to be able to dnld VOD without any problems. Now it sits on 0% dnld for ever. I'm guessing Cdn IP addresses have somehow been blocked ... or I have a software problem...
