I hope someone here can help. I am on my second HH90 and am having a few problems with it. My setup consists of a 90cm Fortec dish, Invacom QPH-031 LNB, a DMSI DISEQ switch, two Pansat 3500sd, Viewsat Extreme and a Twinhan card. My first problem with the motor it often does not move when any of the receivers try to move it by either by USALS or by DISEQ. One of the Panasonic 3500 will move it sometimes the other will not move it at all and the motor just pulses. This pulse shows up from time to time with the other receivers also. The Viewsat can move it most of the time. If I try to use the loopout to my other receivers in other rooms those receivers can not move the dish. They will receive the programming just fine at the slot it was left at by the primary receiver. I have tried different cable runs to the dish with no success. I had a Satcontrol motor before adding this one and there were no problems. Is there a quality issue with these motors? I did notice both of the motors I got had a tool mark on the dish clamp arm that was worn down to the bare metal and both had greasy handprint on one of the parts so I can see that they don't get inspected very well at the manufacturing facility. The other HH-90 motor I sent back had all of these issues and it had two other problems. It would often move back and forth for 10 seconds when returning to 0 postion. It would also go to the postion I sent it to, return to zero by it's self and then go back to the position I sent it two. I sent the one motor back to Sadoun a couple weeks ago but haven't heard back if they have any idea what was up with it. Any help would be appreciated!

I had the same problem with mine, then I realized it was something to do with one of my blew up switches, the 6-8 I have went thru!!

But all is ok now and I have no problem getting it to move. I would check out the cabling, make sure it is a good quality RG6, and then check out the switch, remove it and try it without the switch on the line, if it works that way then buy a new switch. Good luck!
