    SO YOU KNOW How can you migrate programming from 148 to 118.7 when the programming is already on 118.7? It would be better put, customers getting their international programming from 148 will need to be re-pointed to 118.7 to contuinue viewing those channels.

    You could get a new one with the correct card from the site sponsors for not too much more than a USED one. Even your existing receiver(s) may need a new card vey soon. I dont think the ebayer was necessarily hacking.

    The front panel may have come slightly loose.....remove the five screws (around the back and under the receiver).........pull the front panel off slowly by pressing the four plastic tabs at the front. Then put the card in the front panel slot, by opening the door, and push the panel back on...
