The favorite channels won't save on an 811 installed yesterday among several other problems. I would asume this is a pretty simple function. Does this sound like I just got a junk receiver or am I missing something ?? Is there an on line dish tech line and if so can some one provide a link ??

The installer is here, this is his first dish 1000 installl, 110 and 119 lock but can't get 129 to lock. Any ideas ??

Just got voom installed, looks great, just one problem. The picture is too tall for the screen. On close ups, the tops of heads are cut off, when showing the weather, the boxs with the city names are all most all cut off. What's up ??
