The dish is pointing almost straight south. Satellite 101 directv 4s

I use an app called satellite director. Not sure as to the declination whether it be true or magnetic.

Sorry, it's just a removable cap to test continuity through a wire. The dish is point 188° azimuth, 37° elevation and 83° tilt and the mast is plumb.
