Same here, every event has had to be deleted, most are 3 hours off. So if a reset does take an hour off each time I'm screwed. Maybe Timezones affect the amount off? I'm in CST The EPG showed that 24 was to come on at 7pm, timer was set to 8pm, but recorded at 5pm.

Yeah, I know that Dish are lying, I roll back firmware all the time on the equipment I work on, only when Filesystems are modified can I not roll back. Which requires reformating the device's Hard Drive. If dish had done this I would have lost all recordings instead of just a few here and there.
